CEO – Chief Executive Officer
Starting as a software engineer, Julián Ciccalè was part of the.COM boom in the late 90s and early 00s, collaborating with various web companies.
He was part of creating one of the first Latin American classified websites. He worked in California to help a virtual pet website receive and process one of the highest web traffic in the industry. After that, he started working in the automotive industry based in Fiat Auto Italy, leading a team that created the most advanced CRM for Sales and After-Sales in all European countries.
Then he co-founded a startup company in Madrid, Spain, dedicated to selling and developing a SaaS automotive-focused CRM for all OEMs. He grew the company from 5 to 120 people, achieving massive success in more than 11 Automakers in different countries in Europe. Soon after, the company joined forces with Datafirst and I’CAR Systems, thus creating the Imaweb group.
Julian studied computer science at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Jonatan Dal Bon
CTO – Chief Product & Technical Officer
His career started at an early age when he began working as a Technical Support for Microsoft.
In 1998, he became a Full-Stack web programmer for numerous popular websites and sectors such as communication and news, automotive, classifieds, etc.
In 2002 he co-founded Imaweb, wherein his capacity as IT Manager was in charge of the design of CRMAuto, the most extensive CRM solution for the automotive sector in Europe. In 2019 he was appointed co-CEO of Imaweb Spain.
After three years, Jonatan Dal Bon became the CPO and CTO (Chief Product and Technical Officer) of the Imaweb Group. He oversees the product development and roadmap, R&D, and Information Systems.
He studied Computer Science at the University of Belgrano.
CFO – Chief Financial Officer
Graham is an experienced senior financial professional with 28 years of experience within the software industry. Starting within audit, moving into accounting, business control, and via a 12-month interim General Manager position, Graham arrived at his first CFO role in 2009.
Along the way, Graham has worked for both large stock exchange-listed and smaller private equity-owned software companies providing a wide range of solutions from core ERP to Share Trading.
He has been lucky enough to have had an international scope in his roles since 1997 and has lived and worked in the UK, Germany and currently France. Graham joins Imaweb in the role of CFO.
He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the position to help support the continued growth and development of Imaweb generally and the finance team in particular.
CRO – Chief Revenue Officer
Jean-Louis started his career in technical roles (support, development, R&D, professional services) at Oracle from 1993 to 2008, both in France and California. He then joined Salesforce in 2008, first in charge of the pre-sales teams, then grew through the ranks and ended up Senior Vice-President of EMEA Sales, managing the hyper-growth phase of the Cloud computing giant until early 2015.
From 2015 to the end of 2017, he managed the entire Enterprise business for Microsoft France, contributing to the company’s transition to the cloud and getting its $1B+ business back to a 2-digits year-over-year growth.
After 25 years at the service of large corporations, he went back to San Francisco to lead Algolia’s go-to-market as Chief Revenue Officer, managing its international expansion and tripling global revenue in about two years.
During the last two years, Jean-Louis was the General Manager of Alsid, a French cybersecurity fast-growing start-up, managing its international expansion that led to the company’s acquisition by Tenable, one of the global leaders in cybersecurity. He worked on the integration of both companies until the end of 2021.
Jean-Louis joins us as Chief Revenue Officer, in charge of all our dealers and OEM offers, our global Marketing, Sales and Alliances teams. His mission, first and foremost at the service of our customers, is to fully integrate all the entities into a cohesive, efficient, and well-performing team, ensuring the growth of the Imaweb group.
COO – Chief Operating Officer
Olivier Bisson is an engineer and graduated from Mines-Télécom in 1998. He started his career at Bouygues Telecom, working in digital services and launching dematerialised services. Then he created and managed the Professional Services department at OUI.sncf, working closely with his clients to develop their online businesses.
He joined Microsoft in 2011, first as head of the Business Productivity & O365 consulting business, then as Director of marketing, strategy, and business development within the Enterprise Services Division. He was in charge of strategic planning, go-to-market, and business development for the services business, helping clients in their major digital transformation projects and managing their solutions’ life cycle.
From 2019 to 2022, he has worked as VP of Professional Services and Chief Customer Officer at Talentsoft/Cegid. He has been a member of the Board. He has contributed to the growth and the transformation of the Group.
Olivier joined Imaweb in January 2022 as Chief Operating Officer Group, with the mission of supporting the company’s growth.
He is in charge to ensure the smooth running of customer operations by implementing an optimal strategy. As Global Head of the Professional Services and Customer Services departments in 11 countries with around 200 employees, he will lead all Customer Operations from project deployment to support and customer relationship management.
CSO – Chief Sales Officer
Philippe’s mission is to manage and develop Imaweb in France, Spain, and Portugal. He also share his great expertise and experience in sales with the group. A man of action, passionate about the automotive market, he sees the smooth running of our activities and growth.
His business expertise puts him in a position to launch actions in line with customer expectations. To launch new offers and to bring in essential corporate skills so that we have, in the long term, the most complete, integrated, and relevant proposal on the market.
Philippe joined the Group in 2000 after 12 years of experience in selling ERP and CRM solutions. He is a graduate of Montpellier Business School and the University Institute of Computer Technology of Lyon 1.
VP Customer Experience
27 years of an international career in sales and marketing, operations and customer care. Victor Copete has held management positions in the chemical, consumer goods, and industrial automation sectors.
As of 2010, he specialised in software publishing, focusing on the transformation and digitalisation of companies. Acquired experience in this field by having positions as Director of Operations Europe/Russia for Emerson Automation Solutions in Madrid and Zurich, Director of Operations and Customer Care EMEA for Autodesk in Barcelona, and Director of Customer Care CPA for Cegid in Lyon.
Victor graduated in 1993 from a commercial training course and, in 2012, specialised in Internationalisation Strategy organised by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in Spain. Since then, he has been a Consultant in the Industrial Internationalisation Programme of the Foreign Trade Institute.
VP Professional Services
After several positions in IT, development and auditing, Patrick Campas started to work in the software for the automobile distribution industry, where he has been working for almost 25 years.
First within GSI Motor Trade, then GBM, then DCS Groupe and Reynolds & Reynolds before joining Imaweb in 2015. After holding Management-level positions in technical fields (responsibility for teams of analysts and developers in an international context). Patrick moved on to customer-focused roles, particularly taking charge of project management and fundamental account relations, then managing support and consulting teams.
Patrick holds a MIAGE degree from IFSIC in Rennes and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance.
CHRO – Chief Human Resources Officer
With a career spanning 20 years, Gabriela Petitcollot has worked in a number of sectors of activity, mainly in the services sector – banking and finance, NICT, SSII and software publishers, Telecom, media, industry, construction (finishing work).
She has held positions as HR Mananger, Head of Organisation and Administration, and Internal Communication at national and international level, in multicultural environments for large groups and SMEs, in charge of human resources for Western Europe, Southern Europe and Africa, with remote Head Quarters (Buenos Aires, Shenzhen, Brussels, London…), in companies such as ZTE, Knauf Insulation, Exponentiel Technologies, Turner Broadcasting Systems-Warner Media.
Gabriela trained initially in Political Science in Argentina, Analyst Programmer of Management Control Data in Paris, and Personnel & Social Management at IGS Paris.
CoS – Chief Of Staff
Bertrand started his career as a strategy and marketing consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners from 2013 to 2019.
Initially based in the Paris office, he was involved in multiple B2B and B2C projects in different countries (Greece, Turkey, Romania…). He then relocated to London and later to Sydney. He spent 3 years helping the local office grow while keeping solid connections with the rest of the organisation.
Back in Europe in 2019, to complete his initial engineering education, Bertrand joined Imaweb in September 2020, first as GTM & Pricing manager and later as Chief of Staff.
His mission is to help the executive team to achieve the company goals.
